XM系列同向平行三螺桿擠出機(jī)的三根螺桿成“一”字形嚙合排列,，高速同向旋轉(zhuǎn),，使物料受到強(qiáng)烈的剪切,、擠壓,、揉捏，研磨作用,，更好地均化和分散,。三螺桿擠出機(jī)比傳統(tǒng)的雙螺桿擠出機(jī)多出一個(gè)高剪切區(qū)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了比同規(guī)格雙螺桿擠出機(jī)塑化混煉性能提高一倍的效果,，因此可實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)量擠出,，生產(chǎn)能力為雙螺桿擠出機(jī)的2倍。由于比表面積增大及表面更新速率的提高,，脫揮效率也得到大幅度提高,。
